How to change language from Russian to English on Call of Duty Black ops?
First you need to download: Russian to English language patch then delete certain fails and folder from game directory as shown below and finally extract downloaded patch into COD Black Ops directory (overwrite if needed)

1. Delete these already existent files:
localized_Russian_iw00.iwd
localized_Russian_iw01.iwd
localized_Russian_iw02.iwd
localized_Russian_iw03.iwd
localized_Russian_iw04.iwd
localized_Russian_iw05.iwd
! These files are located in; "C:\Program Files\Steam\Steamapps\Common\Call of Duty Black Ops\Main" folder
2. Delete this folder:
C:\Program Files\Steam\Steamapps\Common\Call of Duty Black Ops\Zone\Russian
3. Copy newly downloaded English files (if asked then overwrite) the files to:
C:\Program Files\Steam\Steamapps\Common\Call of Duty Black Ops
Now go out there and kill some fricking jarheads!

DeleteWorks perfectly with German version of the game. Followed this instruction and just deleted files that have "german" instead of "russian" and copied these files and voila, german game in english :) great work

use the localization and save the old one if lagged. and if u wanna play mp move the files englishiwd 9 to 14 to a safe folder and russian 10 to 15 to the same place and when u wanna play zm or campaign put them back
As well as being able to see this information in a dialog box, download idm full crack can also show the information about the computer in an independent window, where all the data is visible a lot more clearly.
