Escape from tarkov stuck on main screen forever (before login and loading player data)

Mainly it is caused by MSI Afterburner running in background, to close msi afterburner and its related applications (RTSS) in task manager, locate and find these already running applications and close them:

MSI Afterburner.exe 

RTSS.exe*3 

This fix up to date only forks for monitoring hardware sensors (like on dual monitor), no MSI Afterburner overlay stats while playing the game

MSI Afterburner automatically closes when launching EFT (no stats overlay in game): 

Escape from tarkov anti-cheat program: BattleEye detects as potentially dangerous applications, and will be forcefully shut down when you launch the game. This is not an application that is disallowed by BSG, and your access to the game will not be revoked. it will just be closed when you launch the game, and you will have to re-launch it after you open the game. There is a workaround for this with MSI Afterburner – under Enable low-level hardware access interface, change this to “kernel mode”. Then MSI Afterburner/RTSS will work ingame no issues.

* Alternatively FPS counter can be displayed in-game when opening console (it could be various buttons by default around main enter key on your keyboard) and type in "fps 1"
